    30 plus years ago, there was a gas station acroos the road from my office in Raleigh. One of the owners raised/owned a couple tiger cubs. I had gone over to buy a pack of smokes and felt something swat my leg. Even tiny tigers are pretty strong. Cool memory though.

    I think it is now a Valero station where Pleasant Valley intersects Glenwood. I don't recall what brand it was then, maybe Sunoco...the colors were right. I think Barnhill Contracting is in my old building. The big church nearby used to be a hotel Royal Villa or something like that.
