Kudos to Honda East for excellent customer service across the board. I was reminded today (not that I have forgotten) why Honda East and Jaci are my go to for OEM parts for my clapped out Suzukis. I ordered some parts I needed to complete maintenance and prep for the Tally opener in a few weeks and hadn't seen them yet. It was a small order ($30-40) but Jaci checked in on status and went ahead and ordered and is sending out replacements to assure I have what I need to complete repairs. Honda East of Toledo will continue to be my source for parts. If you need anything, I strongly suggest you give them a try if you haven't yet. M
I used to buy all my wholesale parts from another supplier that's a lot closer to me and usually could get a better deal on pricing. For the last couple of orders it was next to impossible to get a hold of them via phone and e-mails were slow to get responded to. Back to Honda East. Might be more expensive, but customer service is of more importance than a couple of percent discount.
2 (I hope) SVs. Planning on the V6 Oiler later in the spring. NOTE- Jaci has been able to get all the parts I've needed for the '89 750 also!
And another kudo - Jaci/Honda East takes the time to help identify NOS Suzuki parts that I inherited. Once again, they go above and beyond. That's customer service.
So which clip on are you going to install the NOS button so you can motor past all the other vintage bikes on the front straight on that clapped out old Slowzuki?
And again, even amongst this Covid silliness- email Jaci - she emails shop, bammo! thumbs up to @HET_Jaci
