Truck Alignment Help

    Loose upper control arm bushings is going to be ever affecting all alignment components anytime it moves. You'd be better off replacing the worst offenders and you'll probably be better off than trying to mess with aligning a loose front end. You're going to be chasing your tail.

    The shop isn't doing it for a reason. We quit doing that shit long ago, and it's we don't try to save the customer money by doing short cuts. In the end we always get screwed. Either it takes way too long, and/or the customer isn't satisfied anyway. So, we do it right, we charge it out and even though the customer might grumble about the bill, it's still done right. People tend to forget about the bill part, they never ever forget having to bring it back multiple times for the same BS. BTDT

    Thanks for everyone's suggestions!
    I pulled 2 shims from the upper and added 1 turn on the tie rod adjuster. This got me in the ball park for now.

    Ehh, a 4 million mile S10 is still better than a New Ford.
