    I just filled up the car at $2.02 and the van at $2.05.

    I don't think I'll see prices that low for a few weeks . . . or months.

    Other stations went up about $0.24/gal overnight.

    Why didn’t you put the cheaper gas ( $ 2.02) in the Van ? It probably gets worst gas mileage ...:D

    I filled my van & 2 5 gallon jugs yestreday. {Generator & Mower}
    Should be good for a while.
    Have not checked prices today. @ $2.25 for reg

    I was going to, but when I got back to the station the price had gone up to $2.29. So I filled the van at the station across the highway.

    And, yes, it does get much worse mileage. That's why I don't drive it unless I have to carry something that won't fit into the car, like the BSA that's in it now.

    Maintenance, bombs, executive stepped on a thumb tack, I don't care. Isn't it like 6 months before that oil in Saudi gets pumped, moved around, refined, yada, yada? But the prices go up instantly.

    No price increase yet

  12. Because it is all based on speculations and future predictions. Nothing that happens (oil related) affects anything going on right now. But it (possibly) affects the reserves in the future. So the market reacts based on a (perceived) future shortage of oil.

    Not saying it is right or wrong, but that is how it works.

    Its the same as stocks. Because of all that Saudi shit over the weekend, by the time the markets closed on Monday I was up a metric shitload. None of those companies immediately went up in value overnight. But because of the perceived shortage of oil in the future, those companies seem more appealing now, hence their stock price jumping up. Some of my oil related stocks when up as much as 20% overnight.

    I'd hate to be Gorilla George's gardener.

    The edging isn't symmetrical
    This blade of grass over here is 1/2" longer, and that one is shorter.
    The colors of the flowers aren't the same.

    No, couldn't do it. :beer:

    I've seen $5.69 for self service 91 in Los Angeles. $6.69 for full service. Its $4.19 for the cheap stuff in my hood.
