On a side note....Has anybody seen/ridden the new Dunlop 200/60? I got one on standby for the RSV4.

Check out the profile difference in the 200/60 and 200/55.

The superfast wera extraordinaire/MA racer/dunlop race tire developer/dunlop vendor......told me to stiffen the front up and thats about it.

Of course the bike, the rider, the skillset....are all variables.

Maybe my current geometry is all f’d up and the 60 will make it perfect.

I ride an Aprilia and use the 200/60. I have the forks showing 2 lines above the triple (10mm?) and raised the rear shock 5mm from stock. I went 2 seconds a lap faster at Chuckwalla (where you are on the side of the tire a lot) during the 2nd lap of the first session I used them.

The new Dunlop 200/60 for MA is crazy! Super triangulated tire. The bike pivots fast and it really wants to spin to finish the corner. It wants to get on the edge of the tire quicker than you may want it to.

Sounds like it'll make my heavy-ish RSV4 turn in a little quicker or at least stay in the corner with less effort.

Michelins look the same way when un-mounted IMHO and have for years
