You rang? I still haven't seen a better chassis for an RZ engine hybrid than the Aprilia RS250. Light, strong, great geometry.

 

Ari and Zach are 2 of the coolest dudes out there. There are some other pics on thier ig accounts of it. That thing should twist itself into knots. Can't wait to see it go.

My first thought too, but the frame and fork are likely stiffer than the original home of that motor. Seems like a really odd choice, but there's probably a lot more salvage R3's for cheap compared to say an Ape RS250

I was thinking tank vent when they talked about issues. But undersized gas line will do that as well.

Side note...is that one of those trackday orgs that also holds 'races'??

 

This would be such a fun street bike/ trackday bike. I have a spare set of cases, gear box, and RZ cylinders. I just need a R3 donor.

Isn't CVMA more of a real race org vs the trackday guys with a couple races? Don't think CVMA was around when I left Kommiefornia so wasn't sure.

I originally asked since the bike didn't look super prepped, number plates, etc. Thought maybe the "race" they were doing was more of a trackday thing.
