2017 R6 race bike

For sale is my 2017 Yamaha Race Bike. I have a clean title in hand for it and it has 2000 street miles on it. I just completed building it and it has not even seen the track yet. Here's a list of what has been done to it.

-Gp front suspension carts with fork cap extenders
-Ohlins ttx rear shock
-Full two brothers exhaust system
-Moto gp ricambi bodywork with tank cover
-Zero gravity double bubble windscreen
-Vortex clip ons
-Vortex rearsest
-Galfer front and rear brake lines
-Woodcraft frame sliders
-Woodcraft front axel sliders
-Woodcraft ignition delete
-Flashtune ecu flash
-Flashtune quick shifter
-Flashtune auto blip
-GPR damper

I'm sure I am missing a few things but for the most part, that is everything. Bike is located in Phoenix, AZ. Asking 14k for it.

I am new and shooting a long shot questions. trying to get a racing bike for my husband would you be willing to take monthly payments. ( we live in PHX as well)

true story he works really hard and we just found a race track in Goodyear that he goes to every track day and wants to participate but wants a R6 to race. He has a R1 but wants doesnt want to race that. so we are looking for a bike for him but we can't get financed for one. I know its a silly question to ask to accept payments but I thought I would try . your bike is amazing

Just curious: why buy/build a brand new bike, build it up and immediately sell it?
