I can’t help but honor such a man for his service and contributions, he was a brave veteran and lived through the experience. Then he sought to hold the most criticized position in the World. Respect to you and your family.
We lost a wonderful man. My wife had the pleasure of meeting GHW Bush when he was VP and running for President. He was always kind and gracious. The totality of his public service record is one that would be tough for anyone to match. Bless him and may he Rest In Peace and be back with his wonderful wife Barbara.
One of the few men that had the intellect to know the right thing to do, and the convictions/conscience to do it. Flyboys opened perspectives that many would never have considered. A gentleman, a family man, and a leader. God speed.
