Tank race fairing / protector.

    I have one on my zx6r. No one would ever know if the tank was dented. lol

    F yea! Gonna get me one of them Mfers! Same company? How does it feel when you wedge a knee into it?

    Any US sources for these? shipping is steep from that site I posted.

    I ordered it from MotoXP Ricambi. There was a bit of too much flex at the bottom of the cover, but I placed 2 strips of fiberglass cloth to the area to stiffen it up a bit. I also placed duct tape in areas of heavy contact on the tank to prevent the texture of fiberglass from sticking to the paint.

    I haven't tried pro-fiber but heard they make an excellent product. Might be cheaper getting it through them, especially if it's the only piece you want. MotoXP Ricambi charges over 100$ per shipping order.

    I have one on the 1199. Also extends the tank a bit back.
