Sad thing is, I stop at that gas station at least once a month. I have never went into the petting zoo.

 

Same here, that's my normal pit stop between Milwaukee and Madison. It's the first gas station out of Milwaukee with ethanol free fuel...never been in the petting zoo.

I am usually on my way to ride motorcycles and and too excited to stop long.

 

Yeah, they have 24 hour pumps, it's usually WELL past normal hours when I'm there. I just started a year long project in Milwaukee which will have me there once a week. I'll be sure to stop by and feed the animals for you

Toni Joubert was a former South African ranger that used to kill hippos before he took in this orphaned hippo years ago and now he and the hippo are ambassadors for living in peace with hippos.... google this if the link doesn't work..... it's a nice story and thought of you ( I don't know of anyone else that likes hippos a lot ) Hope you find your donkey pal soon....

I was so sad this little guy wouldn’t walk over and let me pet him. Made me feel like he wasn’t treated well. He was about the size of my 65lb dog.

That little horse is cool.

I spent half my time at the Copenhagen zoo in the petting zoo area. It was just me and a bunch of kids. Haha.

I played with cows, horses, and goats.

 

Better watch out, some people might look at that the wrong way.
