That was my feeling all along. I've seen other fake personalities from forums get outed..........that guy had all the makings of a catfish.
I think he was a real dude, just that perhaps that most of his wealth or business dealings were not quite what he made them out to be. Struck me as kind of like the trust fund babies I deal with that claim all their business dealings are their own, when in reality their parents just kind of installed them into a position and were really funding their whole lifestyle. But meh, he had funny/cool stories and toys.
