Fzr400 price check

What do you guys think of this price? Seems high and the engine work receipts are from 18 years ago lol. He's local but I think this is about $1k too high. Thoughts?

Waay too much! Wheres the flatslides? That kinda money better bring some motor and mikuni's

I've owned alot of fzr 400's and that's pricey for todays times.
My last 400 had a tz 250 rear swingarm,gsxr 600 forks,flatslides,and I sold it for less than that bike..Just sayn
Forgot D&D pipe,and fox shock

 

Man I had 7 and one was a superbike similar to yours and I paid less. He won't budge so I gotta pass on this one

 

Its crazy what fzr 400's can go for,high and low.I see stupid prices going both ways!! Were an uneducated bunch!

 

Ive never paid more than 400-500 bucks for a fizzer 400, And every one of them came with fox or works shocks already. The only one I paid $1K for,is my special keeper for life,which was my first one........in my fuzzy avatar

If anybody has a decent FZR400, I would consider trading my SV650 racebike for it.

 

Street or race? Ive got a 400 with a yzf600 engine project that took a backburner once I got my R6 on track. No title on the frame though. Ive been concidering letting it go.

 

Race so no title is not an issue. Where you located?
