Race ready 2009, CRF450R SuperMoto, Located in 22202 and can deliver/meet up within a reasonable trip.

Great bike, but looking to refactor my collection towards MiniGP stuff. To that end I’d consider trades for a few specific bikes as part of a deal, and some other track kit - detailed below.

Built up as a race bike, it’s got plenty of nice parts, Marzocchi and Ohlins suspension, Alpina carbon matrix wheels and more, all detailed below.

Factory service manual, box of various spares like extra brake pads, o-rings, oil filter, jug of engine side oil, jug of Evans coolant, etc, some spare plastics, Honda work and triangle stands included.

    MSO, never been titled.

If you want some more detailed photos - just ask and I’ll shoot them.

    *Would consider trades for:*
    • TTR125L or CRF125L - Specifically the L variant is greatly preferred, LE less so. Set up for MiniGP is even better.
    • MiniGP Youth 50 legal bike - CRF50 preferred, lower priority than a 125 though. This one needs to be for a proper youth rider 5-6 years old
    • Honda or Yamaha 2X00 generator, maybe a 1000
    • *Maybe, very maybe* a Hypermotard or SM-R 990

*Extra items I could bundle for a bit extra:*
    • Chicken Hawk Privateer dual temp tire warmers - 120F/150-165R, 1 season of use. No faults, just some dirt from squeaking past the chain
    • PitBull TRS pins for CRF450R

    *2009 CRF450R - Images*

    • Sprung for 200 pound rider for sumo, ~190 for road race
    • Ohlins TTX44 shock w/ adjustable ride height clevis. - 4 track days since service.
    • Marzocchi 50mm Factory Forks - 4 track days since service.
    • Extreme Riders Radial fork lugs w/ 25mm axle, offset 20mm
    • Extreme Riders 15mm offset triple clamps.
    • Extreme Riders billet ignition cover - increases oil capacity and has oil cooler provisions.
    • EVR slipper clutch
    • Wiesco billet clutch basket.
    • Tectra supermoto swingarm - shortens wheel base and wider boxing around the tire for Sumo tires. https://toxicmotoracing.com/shop/frame-and-suspension/83-tecstra-supermoto-swingarm.html
    • Extreme Riders supermoto billet linkage
    • DVR dual exhaust full system w/ carbon cans
    • Beringer 4piston caliper with bro10 master
    • Extreme Riders reduced weight Berigner disc carrier, 310mm disc
    • CRG SuperSport clutch perch (non-folding lever)
    • Alpina Carbon matrix wheels 16.5 front / 17x 5" rear
    • 14/48 gearing
    • Hinson 'Billetproof' clutch cover.
    • Shortened Fastway pegs with sliders
    • ZipTy magnetic filter cover
    • GoldPlug magnetic engine oil drain plug
    • RaceTech Gold Valve upgraded steering damper
    • Hammerhead Designs shift lever
    • C84 hand guards and bar end sliders
    • Hole shot device
    • Hour meter
    • Catch can

    • Metzeler Racetec SM Tires. F: K1/ R: K2 - 4 track days on them

    *Motor:*
    • Fully rebuilt at ~139 hours, Currently at 150 hours
    • Fresh rebuild crank bearings and seals
    • JE 13.5:1 Piston.
    • CWI rebuilt crank with CWI Pro rod.
    • Ron Hamp CNC Ported head

Well damn - forgot to put a price.

Ask is $5500, OBO. Obviously suitable trades would be valued and the remainder (for whichever side) would be cash.

Looks like a pretty sick build... ever get it up on a dyno to see what kind of power it was making after the rebuild? Any idea how much it weighs?

Don't have a sheet that I can find any more. But low 60's if I recall. With the current gearing, it's still pulling at around 100 when it hits the rev limit. No speed of course, so I don't know precise speeds... last times I tried to get some GPS via my GoPro, it turned out I had a dud battery and didn't record anything beyond about 15 seconds.

Weight wise, it's not super different than stock weights. Some weight loss in the wheels etc, but fatter tires you gain some back.... So really there's not much weight one can take out of the 450R. So oiled and fueled its probably ~225 vs the stock 228.
