Ballpark price? 2002 GSXR 1000?

Perfect condition- except for a apple-sized dent in the tank from falling off the bike lift.

Everything else's is straight and good - plastics are perfect.

Only ~5500 miles (had several other bikes) engine & exhaust stock, Marchesini forged Al wheels, QB carbon fender, Ti fasteners, etc.

Ballpark guesses as to what I should ask?

Regardless of condition or mods, it is an almost 17 year old bike that is very outdated and makes about the same HP as a well sorted 750.

But it would be fine for fooling around town or the mountains.

I bought one 3 years ago that was in perfect condition but had 50k miles on it for $2700

 

Personally, when I buy used motorbikes I prefer the ones with higher mileage because back when I was riding 2,000 miles per month, I kept up with maintenance much better than I do now when I may not ride at all for 2-3 months at a time. After all, why bother with that oil change if the bike is just going to sit on the stands for another month?

 

I like them as stock as possible with as few owners as possible. (I likes my wimmen just the opposite)
no freaking repaints, chinese fairing replacements, metal grips, stupid knife shaped levers, under inflated shinko tires, unknown brand chain, LED lights, wired in accessories, missing mirrors, shortened exhaust cans, lowering kits, smashed headers, and all the other "cheap shit" patch parts or jobs.
