Planning to get 50" TV, looks like going rate is $300 or so according the quick search of 50" flat screens. Best bang for the buck? Thanks for any real world input. M
About a year ago we got 2 of the TCL's in the 55" size (I think), and for the price have been VERY happy. They aren't perfect but they're pretty freaking good for <$400. Have Roku built in also.
Whatever you decide on, give Cleveland AV a call: https://www.clevelandav.com/ (or give them a call to help decide on one based on size/budget) They will absolutely beat any price you can find.
Just picked up a 49" TCL from Costco this past weekend. 4K Ultra HD with Roku for $249.99 Has great reviews. Just a quick search shows them being sold in the mid-300's http://www.bing.com/search?q=49" tc...-10&sk=&cvid=B75B92498AC349869E5F1E1228D75B6E
They reduce features and use cheaper processing All 4k TVs are not equal. Pixel count is not everything.
I’ve got 4 Vizios in my House, from 32” to 70” (+\- an inch). Oldest one is 8+yrs. All have been good performers for reasonable cost.
