Are we running the new chicane? Trying to get gearing straight for the race.

 

I'm just posting to inform you "Change your profile. No one knows who Mike Davis is...." It should say "Blake's mechanic" or something. Lol

Back story was MA owned the chicane curbing.

So I very much doubt you’ll see it.

Although it would be nice to have in place.

Yea they need to make it safer for those guys but idiots like us are welcome to wreck ourselves

 

I actually really like the chicane (after the initial "this is effing terrible" phase), I'd be all for running it.

Thank you, I ran the track this weekend without the chicane after running it last August at Triple Crown, I do prefer it being there now.

 

I heard (while at VIR with MA) it is owned (paid for) by MA and only used during their events.....but that could be wrong information & things can change to.

 

Blasting straight thru would be a nice place to make up time. I'll be keeping an eye on you...

I'm hoping it's there just so blasting through is the worst thing that happens in that corner.
