As scammer ads go, that one's pretty good- a phone number, pics, and plausible text. But then they shoot themselves in the foot with a price of 5-10% of realistic. I guess their target audience would bite (those dumb enough to send bitcoin right away to secure a fire sale price)
That's kinda what I was thinking. First scammer one that I've seen with that many pictures, usually there's one.
Google search for that image. You'll see that all over. Or ask for an outdoor picture from that location today. My guess is there won't be green grass in Potsdam today.
