Ohhh the iRacing forum is full is threads of bitching sandy vaginas because something either went wrong with their race or they had problems in traffic.

 

Whats plan B if teamspeak don't come back up?

 

I'll fire my server up here at the house and send you guys the details.

 

4 hour session will go up at 7pm. My main TeamSpeak server is still down. We will use my backup at home.

I am going to structure this like a race night. 3 hours of practice, 15 minute Q and a 45 minute race. The goal is to get everyone thinking about fuel loads and race management before race night.

 

Finally down into the 1:59's. Then we found out that my brake pressure should have been set to zero with the new pedals and I get to learn braking all over again! I really think between turn one and the final turn I can pick up at least another second. I'm hoping if I can do that and manage to not wad the car up I should be able to put it in the top ten come race day.

 

I did my first set of laps at Sebring. Got down to a 2:03.5 (clean) and I totally agree, the first and last corners definitely hold some time to be gained.

At lunch I got down to a 2.02.9. Any suggestions on car set up? I've added downforce and pulled the brake bias back a bit and lightened the fuel load. I believe I also stiffened the car up a bit. Just kind of throwing darts at this point.

Found a cool video about turn 17... "there's no proper way to go through it" Well....shit lol

 

I can send you a set up when I get back to the house. The crew here will tell you not to try it. They all hate my setups. It was good for a 1:56:943 last night however light on fuel. We are limited to 13.1 gallons in the league we are in so with a full allowed fuel load it was still good for a 1:57:200.

We are talking Sebring Correct. Just change the extension to .sto and drop it in your setups folder for the 488 GTE. That was good for 56's under tonight's track conditions.

 

The Sugar Hill Speed Demon has been awakened. It'll be on like Donkey Kong tomorrow night.

 

I guess that depends on if it works for you or not. Seems like they have been lately.
