Good deal for the right guy (or girl). Complete ZX6 rear end for use on a second-generation SV. Came off this bike: Included is everything in the photos (they're clickable to enlarge): The swingarm (which needed to be clearanced to work), Rear wheel, caliper, braded brake line hooked up to an SV master, disc, lowering links (to get the right geometry - not to lower the bike), the linkage with the necessary wider bearing sleeves, and a custom exhaust with an M4 titanium can. This is bolt-on and go for a second gen SV. $300 for everything above - pick up only. Also for sale is the shock off this bike. It's a Penske double with a remote reservoir. Set up for a 200lb guy who's usually the slowest guy in the fastest group. You can send it to the nice people at GP and they'll spring and valve it for whatever weight you want for about $225. I'd like $450 for the shock. Would strongly prefer not to ship but I'm open to it.
Did you cut a section out of the swingarm to make this work? And if so doesnt that effect the rigidity and flex of the swingarm.
The $300 includes the exhaust. The swingarm is modified, yes. There's a picture of what's been cut. I cannot imagine it affects the rigidity in any appreciable way. The bike was built by Andy Palmer and this is what he did on many other SVs out there.
Sorry if that wasn't clear. It's a normal, height adjustable Penske 8983 for a second-gen SV. The swingarm didn't call for a special shock.
