Take a stroll out s. congress, from the bridge and out a few blocks. Some good eating spots and good people watching. Check out Barton springs for a good cool swim. And go check out area down Cesar Chavez too.
I kept saying that it used to be a great city until it got all Californicated out but no one wanted to believe me...
Nah... just wild parties downtown and BBQ so good people line up like hobos at a soup kitchen hours before the joint even opens. You can hide along the bike path and push people in the green river! Or take a bunch of selfies with the Stevie Ray Vaughn statue.
Wow how freaking bubbly are u? They didn't lie they just thought they were talking to a grown-up Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk
Dave just relax, let your man bun down and have a gluten free vegan soy burger, man, sorry non binary person.
That's not good Q, that's stupid people. I've had great Q with no lines in the middle of nowhere Texas, there is nothing good enough to wait in line for hours for that can't be beat by no wait just down the road.
Ill agree. Texas BBQ (Marble Falls area) has forever ruined any FL BBQ offerings ever!! Ive been told in FL that I need to attend some BBQ competitions for "the best" samplings this State has to offer.
Hipsters consider standing in line for food something of a status symbol I think. Same problem here in Portland. There is better food at tons of places that don't have any wait at all. Yet the masses flock to the lines. Damnit.........Does that make me a hipster for not wanting to go where everyone else does? So confused now.
This. I have lived in Austin for over 10 years and I refuse to stand in line at Franklin BBQ no matter how much everyone raves about it. Ain't no way it can be good enough to justify me wasting 5 hours standing with all of the tourists just to get some good food...
