What does this have to do with the CMRA? I understand you got your panties in a bunch about what happened but to try and tie a racing org and Board members to him and what he was arrested for is ignorant and irresponsible.

 

If you read the PDF's he offered his "motorcycle racing" trophies to a 10 year old girl. It has nothing to with this other law suit. He's a piece of shit regardless but I don't see the correlation between the two.

 

Funny story.

A friend and I did the CMRA class at the Eagles Canyon September round in 2012. We rode Friday and corner worked Saturday/Sunday. It was either Friday or I think Saturday when we walked into the main office at the end of the day. Steve McNamara (sp) sat with serveral LSTD guys. In front of everyone at his table, he calls us out and asked it we were looking at child porn during the day.

We both looked at him like, what the fuck? We knew who he was but he didnt know us. I guess that warrantied the question in that manner? Im not sure if they found out who it was. I was so new I only knew a small handful of riders.

 

I'm outta Texas and temporarily in Hippie ville. Still amusing to watch from afar.

I think the title "kill all the lawyers" is a little harsh. I say give them all work that is more productive than what they currently have. They should all scrub toilets for minimum wage without opportunity for promotion.

This is the right case. My point is, these folks will tolerate just about any type of [mis]conduct in CMRA members - so long as you don't ask to see basic financial records. Mr. Montgomery is, and will likely remain, a CMRA member in good standing.

Conversely, when Mr. Ulrich's comments in this thread debunked certain falsehoods spread by the Defendants, Director Dye logged on to attack Mr. Ulrich and yourselves. This is desperate conduct, by any standard.

Re my post, most folks seem to have missed my point. I am limited in what I can say, but Google and Facebook can be a useful resource. I will leave the "relationship" between Montgomery, Crawford, and Orchard to your determination because it's not my point, but I would point out the following:

Some of the conduct at issue in the order occurred in Ireland. Here's recent photo of Director Crawford with Mr. Montgomery at the Isle of Man.

Some of the conduct at issue in the order occurred in Mexico. Here's a photo suggesting Defendant Director Orchard and Mr. Montgomery were recently in Mexico.

Here's another photo of their race team.

 

So it sounds like you're saying that "CM"RA is an acronym for something entirely different than we thought?

Those are some pretty damn harsh insinuations. Such that I wouldn't make if I didn't have more evidence than a coupla pictures of people together. Perhaps you are in a picture or two with that guy?

This is starting to sound like the trump / russia collusion case. A bunch of SJW all upset about loosing and are grasping at a few straws to make a case that isn't very relevant.

You're right, they road race which shows a complete lack of critical thinking. You can't trust anyone who jumps onto the top of a 400lb flaming death machine and then purposely hurls it around an asphalt skin grater daring the universe to call their bluff.

 

So you're implying the two mentioned above knew and were complicit in what the "cm" was doing? Do you really think that? That seems hard to believe to me.
