I'm not familiar with non repairable title, I assume it's the same as a salvage title? Meaning it can't be registered for street use.
No, the salvage title can be registered on the streets after inspection. The nonrepairable may be able to be read titled with the title bond. Certificate of distraction it's racetrack a Oli or export or change the frame.
Damn talk to text! Certificate of destruction cannot be titled for street use. Salvage can once the simple state safety inspection it complete it can go back to the street.
