Got word from Charles all people and animals are fine. No wind damage at all but from all the rain water literally was forced up through the ground and into his home roughly 4" t0 6". He prepared his house well so basically just flooring , sheet rock etc to be back to normal. Wait? I don't think Charles could ever be normal.
