Rode the TTr no problem, day later I go to start and it goes "tink, tink" and it won't start. Intake is stuck and collided, is this a normal scenario, stuck vale after riding? My XR is years never did this. Question is: what to do while the head is off, does it respond well to porting? take .010 or .015 off the head?
cant say I had any valve problems with a TTR. Did the retainer break? There is some to be gained, mild clean up. Needs a cam. (web has a couple) You can lighten the flywheel for a noticeable gain.
