Whats a 570cc engine worth thats a fresh rebuild with nice tuned carbs, billet clutch cover,
rebuilt crank, new bearings, seals, piston assemblies, and electronics...

My guess would be around $2500.

I'd love to build a RGV500 or RS500 with an engine like that. Unfortunately I don't have the fabrication skills.

Yeah, same with me. I had a great VJ21 RGV250 roller that I practically gave away a few years ago. Would have been awesome to stick this motor into it.

I've got a 17 digit VIN 1996 street Aprilia RS250 I'll be putting up for sale this spring. Stick that motor in this chassis.

    No hp figures.....

And no guesses, need some more factual #'s

Im just trying to get a baseline...Consider the engine stock, whats the market paying for a rebuilt engine thats complete
with carbs and electronics? I think its well over $2500....

I'll take a stab at it, guessing at the answers to the questions asked......

I'd go somewhere in the $2500 to $3000 range depending on the transmission.

If you have the Nova trans, add another $1250.

TMX 35 or 38 carbs, add another $150ish

    That help ??
