Running RGV250 with Clean PA Title Anyone?

Hi Folks,

My RGV adventure has come to an end and I have decided to let this one go. The particulars:

Suzuki RGV250 VJ21 L Model

Running with clean PA title

Has fresh built VJ22 motor built by professional motor builder. Cases ported and polished and running 34mm carbs and O ring heads. This configuration makes 71 hp.

New chain, sprockets, clutch plates, coolant lines, brake pads, billet exhaust valve pulleys and cables. Running premix.

I am asking $4500 for the bike and believe this is fair. Ratted out imports fresh off the boat without a title are selling for more.

Tank is perfect, aside from being in black primer. I had it completely redone by Myers.

Large amount of spares available include banana swingarm, braced swingarm, 17 inch NOS wheel set, 2 X sets of 34mm carbs, 1 X set of 32mm carbs, two sets of cases (one with good crank), two V21 cylinders and heads, stator, and a bunch of small bits including NOS pistons and rings. Spare VJ22 tank. Has dime sized ding. Need $1000 for the spares.

Its good to see a streetable 250 for sale.Ive ridden several rgv's and loved everyone.My last 250 was a tzr,but I gotta say the rgv was a better ride to me

 

Thanks. I will probably have a bad case of seller's remorse at some point, but the whole "other priorities" thing is in effect.

mostly NSR250's and VFR400's. only a few TZR's RGV's and FZR's

 

Between my road legal KTM 300 and my Sumo WR250ZD project I'm starting to have a real inappropriate desire for a TZR250 on the street... I'm guessing a lightly tarted up TT-R 125 isn't going to swing it for trade fodder?
