Has anybody raced an EX500 at VIR? If so, whats a start for gearing? I use 16/41 at Road A and Roebling, 16/43 at Carolina, and 16/47 at TGPR. Any help would be apreciated.

Just so you don't think we're ignoring you...

The gearing at VIR will be most similar to the Roebling/Road Atlanta gearing that you're using. Talledega gearing will be way too short.

I use 15:46 at VIR, and either 15:45 or 14:43 at Road Atlanta on an SV. I haven't been to Roebling with the SV, but I suppose either one of these would do.

You will want to add a rear tooth or two to your Road Atlanta gearing. I rode my EX at VIR last year, but I think that my old EX would lose a horsepower battle with yours.

I had good luck using 15/40 gearing (Summit Point), but if I had a 39 tooth rear with me at the time, I would have used that instead. I used 15/41 at Carolina as a reference. That was on a 2mm-over EX engine that only made about 57hp.
