I'm interested in trying miniGp.I think I'd like to ride in the super mini class on a crf150r and maybe try the the super moto class when i get comfortable. Are these popular classes?Whats a good class to get into.
All are pretty full. Popular is the Stock 100. Imagine throwing a bloody bone to 25 rabid dogs.. Super mini is a melting pot of different bikes, you cant ride up to Formula class' on a 150r though. Supermoto, depends on who shows, sometimes there are 15 sometimes there are 5. A well setup 150R will hang. The Spec grom class will grow when prices and availability get in line. One of the Spec classes is the way to go, unless you wanna throw your checkbook at the bike. Sandy Hook is this weekend, come out and rent something to try.
Can you race the crf150r in the outlaw/endurance class? If you can race the crf150r in the outlaw /endurance class and if their is a decent amount of people in the super mini class that would great.
Don't think so,ask Ryan though; [email protected]. “Outlaw” bikes are "Big Bore Machines that started life as a CRF150F". NJ MiniGP Officials will determine whether or not entries are F2 Class legal or Outlaw.
Dont do it! They are mad fun. Like a mini liter bike for a kart track. The 100 feels like a truck comparitively speaking.
