predrilled bolt kits

    We drill bikes at our shop. Some are HELL!!! We like the dewalt brand bits..

    I like the Dewalt cobalt bits as well.

    Drilling by hand is easy, You also don't have to go all the way across the head to drill for safety wire. Going through from the top of the head through the side at an angle is all you need for safety wire.

    As was mentioned, The Suzuki bolts may be softer than other makes.

    Does nobody have a bench vise to hold the bolts while drilling?
    Surely walking 20' across the garage isn't too much effort as well. :Poke: I kid. I kid.

    I have both a vise and a floor drill press, I am just lazy I guess:p.

    there ya go fixed it. I cant help but shake my head at some of the advise people give on here.
