What's the latest rumor?

Earlier this year he was talking about making a comeback in 2014 and he was doing some serious training to get back into riding shape. IIRC he was supposed to do some testing/riding/racing on a BMW (I think) in Aus a few months ago.

Would love to see him back out there on a competitive bike. Maybe something like an Attack Kawi.

 

I think that rumor went the way of Durrani's wheels.

 

I am sure he's going to get all in shape for 5 races..

 

I truly think he was just f@cking with everyone on that rumor - that's typical Mladin.

That would be funny in a very cruel sort of way. I can see him and Hannah laughing away at it over beers.

 

He might have been just joking about the comeback. But there were pictures floating around of him riding, and in interviews he had already lost like 20lbs.

He might have just been doing it because he wanted to get in shape for health reasons. But he was definitely riding and training for something.

 

Not wanting to look like a fat fuck is something.

Maybe he saw the footage from his interview at Road America (i think) and was like "damn im a fatass".

 

He was testing bikes for a magazine. Must say that his circa 1992 2-piece AGV leathers ain't too flattering looking lol. You'd think he could have donned something a little more up to date for his first jump back into the racetrack.

I think he got his gear from when his accessories shop closed down in 2009. A quick read shows you paid $900 entry to the warehouse and it was all you can eat (carry).

As long as you wanted 20 Duhamel Joe Rocket coats you were in the chips!
