It's been rumored and talked about but that's the first offical piece of news about it.

 

There weren't going to be three rounds in the US for long. What did they think it is, Spain or something?

 

Yeah, the rounds in argentina and brazil will happen. 19 rounds now but I'll bet you a used tissue that there will be only 17 by the time the 2014 season ends.

Glad I made it to Laguna for the 2012 race.

I'm thinking Texas next year. For some reason Indy doesn't interest me that much for a motorcycle racing destination.....

 

For some reason I thought Laguna had a 2014 contract in place already.

 

On the plus side they wrote in WSBK as TBD! Better than not including them.

 

I thought all three races were pretty well attended this year. Maybe the problem they have with Laguna is that the maximum capacity doesn't really offer any room for growth.

Edit: It seems like government contributions in Texas and Indiana may have played a part too.

 

If you include the Indy Mile in your plans it will be worth it :up:

I enjoyed WSBK at Laguna more than MotoGP. Glad to see WSBK on the schedule.
