Bike ran fine yesterday. sat on the trickle charger all night. when i push the starter button it just runs the fuel pump. I can jump it straight across the 30amp solenoid and it fires right up. 30 amp fuse it good what gives?
Just cause the fuse looks good doesn't mean it is, see it once in a while, actually had that happen a couple weeks ago. Try a new one before you start ripping the bike apart.
+1 I've seen this more than once on forklifts. I have guys pull the fuse and check continuity with a meter.
Replaced the fuse. Changed out the relay all together. Checked the wiring from the right bar switches. Still just runs the fuel pump when starter button pushed. Lost!
