Virtually all hostess products contain a synthetically derived poison called trans fat (hydrogenated oils), which is a huge reason why Americans are so obese/unhealthy...but I do like me some twinkies and snow balls...
"Tallahassee" in ZombieLand was correct: Twinkies do in fact have a expiration dates. I had boxes shipped to me while deployed and they were good for about 4-5 weeks from when I received them.
All of the stores here are sold out. One of the bakeries is right down the road from my shop and there are 3 Hostess outlet stores within a couple miles... all empty. unbelievable.
wife works at little debbie they asking people to work the friday after thanksgiving never be done that in 20 years she has worked there.
And here I thought it was because people were lazy . Nw when I get fat I will blame food ..............................
This will single-handedly drop the average weight per person in the U.S. Hurray for less fat people. Or they'll all do what we all know they will do and satisfy cravings with something worse
You better check again because I think you have more like $300 worth of lard-cakes there. Look on Ebay.
DANG!!!!! I've already and opened and sampled from each of them. Oh well. Looks like I missed by big chance. http://www.ebay.com/itm/HOSTESS-TWINKIES-The-box-that-GIVES-Charity-Orangewood-Childrens-foundation-/300818812017?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item460a32cc71
Love the comment the seller posted on the auction. Pretty much my reaction too. Plus AP says Twinkie the Kid will ride again: http://newsfeed.time.com/2012/11/18/twinkies-likely-to-survive-sale-of-hostess/
Canadian Twinkies http://www.geekosystem.com/canadian-twinkies/ "Will this news lead to a new series of smuggling routes, with bearded, heavily armed men sneaking trucks of illicit cream-filled treats southward to further swell the guts of hungry Americans?" Steve
Let me know if any of you 'mericans need a fill a craving. I will gladly sell without Ebay fees and for less than the prices on there.
