Hello fellow racers. In March of 2010 , we were told that my brother had liver cancer and he had 3 to 6 months to live. But God saw fit to bless us with 2 more years to really enjoy having him with us and be able to appreciate every minute. He has been the first person i call after every race this year,"my first year" and he was always thrilled to get every detail from me. He is responsible for my love of motorcycles. Our mother passed away when i was 3 and he was 16.He rode a two stroke harley to school back then and i enjoyed many rides with my big brother. he got me a honda mini trail 50 for my 5th birthday and you all know how the rest of the story goes.I would like to ask any of yall inclined to do so , to give your engine a good rev the next time your on the track in his memory, he loved nothing more than the sound of a high performance engine getting busy. Thank you and godbless
Sorry for your loss, Jim. I remember you telling me how your brother motivated you when I saw you at Roebling in March. Hold on to the good memories.
