Can anyone ID the origin of these rearsets and foot controls? An aquaintance in Europe thinks they originated here.

Robin, they appear to be homemade versions of what Barleycorn sells. Perhaps that's Gil Vallaincourt's Manx?
Kenny The bike is in France and apparently the footrest kit was bought at Daytona by a previous owner and no one seems to be able to remember the manufacturers name.
