    Why would anybody care about "lurkers"? IMO a lurker is somebody that is on regularly but never posts. Are they sucking band width or something?

    Your poll is flawed. 10 posts per year if they only check the BBS say once a month isn't exactly a lurker. OTOH 10 posts per year if they read it daily I would say is lurking.

    I lurked for a couple of years before registering. I laughed my ass off reading this shit. I think Papa's accident is what ended up bringing me out of the lurking closet as it were.
