It went to licensed WERA racers o n a list provided by WERA; there is some duplication because we didn't take possession of the WERA membership list and cross-check it against current subscribers, it was a deal purely to send sample issues to WERA members. WERA didn't sell its membership list.

If you were a licensed WERA racer at the time WERA sent the list directly to the mailing service, and if you haven't moved without sending WERA your new address, it's possible that your copy is still in the hands of the U.S. postal service. I am a WERA licensed racer and my sample copy hasn't shown up at my house, either.
