Can a bad battery cause a bike to intermittently cut out between say 12,000 and redline? I have changed the cam sensor, fuel pump, coils, and plugs. I checked the TPS per diagnostic settings on the gauges and it seems to be correct. Plus no error codes.
Also had it on a dyno and the cutting out is completely random.
I unplugged the power commander, checked the side stand wire which is soldered together, and tested the regulator which is giving me 14v's.

Another part to the puzzle is that sometimes the bike will start idle fine but still miss/ cut out. Other times the bike will not start unless given a little gas and will not idle until its running for a short time. It finally will idle and it doesn't matter if the bike is cold or warm for this to happen. If I need to restart the bike a few times because its stalling the battery will loose all its charge. This is even after being on a charger.

Any help or ideas are welcomed.
