Since ATVs don't have OEM twist throttle/throttle tubes, then I'd imagine it's not going to work. But if they are cheap you can always just buy them and try it and let us know how that works out for you.
They're rubber, right. They might stretch. Thinking of order those and then another black mx pair just in case.
ATV grips generally do not have holes on the end for bar-end weights. This is important on the throttle side, as the solid end will not allow the throttle to return cleanly due to friction unless you cut a hole in it.
