Tony - sounds like your GF could use those walks mentioned earlier. Throwing around weights will not drop pounds by itself. Cardio!!! Darren - if you can manage to get live Maine lobster shipped from ME to a racetrack in MN, you can manage to get those dang hot dogs... they may require reheating though.
