yeah but this has been going on a while and there is some Serious Serious oil money behind this...I personaly heard 500 million worth 2 yrs ago....no taxpayer money they are expecting the place to be paid for in 2 yrs. after it is bulit...The land is on the newest Highway /tollway and 10 mins from the Austin airport
