My good bud Shane Turpin crashed last weekend on his Dirt bike at a race track his bike stalled and he came up short on a double and shattered both his ankles. He has had two surgeries and has more to go He is at the U OF U Hospital it's. Shane is the MRA and MOM #1 PLATE holder please send prayers for him and Family
hope he heals fast. Shane has always been real cool to me and my family with help with racing and hanging out when get to the SLC.
Sorry to hear brother...both at once is tough. Shane, hope for a speedy recovery, good idea to make the most of the hospital visit with the nurses tho:up:
Hope the Tornado makes a quick recovery and is back riding later this year. I have a coworker who did almost the exact same thing, needed rods and pins etc., as always lots of PT, hope he is doing ok!
Broken ankles suck! Sympathy from pretty women is good though, get out as much as possible. Injury is a great icebreaker. Heal up quick!
Shane was my first teammate, sorry to hear about the crash. Hearing things will be very difficult over the next 8 days. Praying for you, Shane.
I just got hm from the hospital Shane has broken his tib and fib and ankels "both leg's" the Dr cut his legs from his knees to the ankels to relive pressure you can see 60% of the bone it's bad!!! Shane will go in to surg 5am for 1 of 4 or so
