I really don't see how you guys can defend Ludington. Not so much on the JRP crap ('tho that was inexcusable), but on the teardown threats. No race organization that hopes to be taken seriously can allow those sort of comments to be made. They undermine the trust in fair play and a level playing field that's essential. If you're going to commit the sums of money necessary to run the AMA series you damn well need to be sure ahead of time that you're not going to be subject to some sort of capricious vendetta from an out of control official.

+1. I don't know much about Larry but the interview with him on RRW.com made me think he is exactly what the AMA needs right now to climb out of the hole they've dug for themselves.

 

I like to see Randy Stem in some capacity in the AMA.

Yes, I worked with him at FUSA, great guy who backed me up when somebody else was infringing on me.
