02 Gsxr1000 04 Engine Swap Help!!!

Dang can't get it to start.

Got the correct trigger, milled it, and set everything at TDC.
The only thing I can think of are the cams (yosh stage 1) may not be degreed right. I followed the instructions about the "numbers line up" and the "cam chain links". Is there a way I can trouble shoot/rule out, the degree of the cams that are causing it not to start?

 

I redid the cams and sounds better when turning over, but it still won’t fire up. I checked all the coils (while turning over the motor) they all have spark and put NEW plugs. *** So I know its getting FIRE! Now the fuel…I poured some gas down the throttle body just to see if it’ll bump over, but nothing. Any suggestions??
