Going to Miller WSBK? I need a pit board and...

I need a pit board (with numbers) and a bike starter for David Checa for the world superbike weekend at Miller.

You get crew shirts and hat and a paddock pass.

Anyone local, or going for the national race who is interested?

 

I'd do it but I that is the only vacation the wife and I are taking together this year. Sounds like a really cool opportunity.

Just to be clear, I am looking to borrow equipment. Not for someone to push the start button on the bike. I need one of those rearwheel starter thingies.

 

AMAfan!!! He won't need a starter cart, he'll force the motor to start with logic and debate it into starting.

Just a quick question....I thought the starter had to be intact and operable in WSBK.

 

I'm willing to hold the pit board.

 

I thought the same thing and I need to doublecheck on that because the starter is definitely on the list of things I need to borrow. Every time we have talked on the phone, I forgot to ask about it.

 

i've got a Black and Gray Digitals style board that i could get out there. also, if you get me a logo or whatever, i can have my graphics guy make the name plate for the top of it.

i'll check on the starter too.

Is it going to be a hassle getting it to the track? I don't want anyone to go too far out of their way.

I can't believe you would lump Neal in with us drunkards like that. On the way out I'm pouring a beer in the gas tank of the "starter thingy"

instead of beer, pour some everclear in it instead.

 

What kind of gas/everclear mix do you think you could get away with?


I wouldn't wast everclear or beer on such a thing. Booze is hard to come by out in UT.

 

how about you just bleed into it? i'm sure that by the time the road trip ends, it would run on that just fine.
