It doesn't really matter. Anything you put into your body that was never meant to be there damages you in some way.
IMO weight loss just takes dedication if you eat healthy foods at regular portions and exercise even a coulple times a week you will lose weight
I dont lift weights at all...except for push ups and chin/pull ups...I take all that shiit for my cardio work outs.. I normaly do 2 to 3 hours straight of cardio at the gym yoga to stretch and build (power yoga) and then on non race weekends im on the bike doing 25 to 28 miles. I think I will stop using it...sigh.... Man, everything I have ever used has been banned.. Phen Phen (was the shit!!!) Xenadren (Ephedra version) now Hydroxycut I was using hydroxycut to replace teh caffiene in my ECA stack.... Well I dont want my eyes to turn yellow so i better stop...
i had to stop taking hydroxy because it started making my heart beat really hard like i was having a heart attack
