Hudson River Emergency Landing Conspiracy?

There's been some talk of Flight 1549 and the airplane's troubles roughly four hours before its last departure. Something about EGT being too high, an in-flight restart etc. Sure, there's video, still photos and voice-recordings. Hell, I wonder why Sully didn't turn back to try and land the thing he was on heading 270, half-way through his turn back at 3,000 feet, afterall.

Seriously, WTF? I think the airplane was hit by a missile launched from some terrorists on a boat in the East River, or possibly even a formation of enemy aircraft in the area that went un-detected by radar.

Maybe you don't know, but a plane can't take off from a treadmill. That is impossible...

And I'm sure someone will come along to argue my point for all of us to enjoy.

 

I'm not an expert on jet engines, but I thought geesing the engines was part of normal maintenance...
