Get well Billy..!

Billy had a "get off" in the dirt last weekend..
Here's the update he sent:

Hey Guys,

I just got back from the doctor and I have damage to the cubital ulnar nerve. It is basically like when your bump funny bone except mine is being hit continuously. The crash aggravated it, but it was something that has been brewing over the years- from having the elbow bent while riding and sleeping. That is what has been causing my hand to fall asleep about 30 minutes into the stint.


They can either splint it while I sleep and I lay off riding for a while or I can have surgery. If I do nothing the nerve will deteriorate to the point where I have no grip strength in my hand.

I am scheduled for surgery on June 3rd.
