You are one of the nicest racers I have ever rode with not to mention the incredible skill you posses. Get well soon, we need to be hanging out again in Daytona talking track stories from the day before and hanging at the Entourage house Steve setup.

Steve just called me and they have him awake. He has been breathing on his own for about 15 minutes so they are going to take him off the vent and see how he does.

Good news for both. I hope they both have a full and quick recovery.

 

Keeping them in our thoughts and prayers. It's more then just words typed on a screen, Brian is a friend but all involved are being remembered.

Get well Brian and Shawn. Brain sure has had some bad luck lately , first getting taken out while leading the ASRA thunderbike race at VIR a couple weeks ago and now this. Hope everything turns out ok.

That's a great sign. That little dude is one of the toughest people I've ever met. I've seen him writhing in pain, rolled up on a mat in the paddock, then go out later and blow the field away.
