Im fixing to sell my bike to a friend. I never got the bike titled but have the bill of sale and title from when I bought it. Do I have to go get it registered in my name to sign it over to him or can I simply sign it over to him another way?
If "YOU" never signed the title as buyer than you can just transfer right over to next owner, but if you signed it as buyer then you will have to register and pay taxes based on current market value and probably property tax depending on where you live.
